歐盟制定的《個人數據保護法》(General Data Protection Regulation,GDPR)號稱史上最嚴格,5月25日正式實施,包括台灣在內的全球企業都得先取得鄉民同意才能蒐集、使用個資,否則就遭處天價罰金,立下捍衛(safeguard)個人隱私權超高標。
